Our Case Managers act as liaison and advocate between the insurance advisor, their clients and the insurance company underwriting teams. We communicate case status on a regular basis to keep you informed and Advisors can also check status online 24/7 through our Advisor Portal. Our Case Managers have many years of experience, knowledge and relationships – helping us manage your and your client’s expectations throughout the underwriting process to get the best possible offer.
Our sales team provides one-on-one support and service in the western United States. We believe that meeting face-to-face beats talking on an 800 number. However, our Reps are also available via phone or virtually – however you prefer to do business. Our Sales Reps have great sales and presentation tips; they’ll even sit in on a client meeting or presentation if you’d like additional support.
From making sure Commissions are paid correctly to answering your phone call, our Operations Team has the diverse skillsets needed to keep business running smoothly. Our Policy Service team manages your in-force policy needs and online services – including completing applications and electronic signatures – which makes doing business through us easy.
